I reached out to customer service and spoke with Anita, she let me know it usually takes about 30 days just to start seeing results, which was a little frustrating to hear at the time. But she was right. THEY DO WORK you just have to give your face time to adjust. She also mentioned that the Collagen strips are a great beginner option, and if I’m comfortable, I could upgrade to the Vermillion for my next set.
