this works faster and better than the common collagen brands they sell at Walmart, Costco, and GNC. it helped me recover from joint pain faster. I threw the large jugs of the other collagen stuffs away. You may not feel the Solaray collagen work the first day you take it, but by the second or third day I noticed my pain was reduced some.
