This one works wonderfully, especially for removing eye makeup and long-lasting lipsticks. My eyes feel completely comfortable with it—no irritation, even if a little gets in. You only need a small amount to take everything off.

At first I didn’t know if liked the Cleansing Balm. I had to get used to not using the water-based cleansers I was used to! What I found was that my skin feels clean and moisturized right after I use it! It’s now my favorite!

Not sure why it is about this. . . the smell, the feel, the way it makes my skin feel. . . it's all wonderful. I have dry skin and I prefer not to dry it out further in order to cleanse. This is the ticket to hydrated happy skin. this makes it to my top 3 skincare necessities.

This product is a 4+ — not quite a 5 star because of 2 things. In the use directions, it says to use a “quarter” size amount, and wipe off with a wet warm, damp cloth. I found it difficult to “measure” because this product is thick (and a quarter is thin). So, ’m guessing on how much to use. Also, beware: the turmeric in the product leaves some yellow color/stain behind on your cloth. But it does a great job removing my makeup from the day, including my eye makeup! And my face feels great afterwards!

This has been my go-to makeup removing cleanser for about two years and I won't go without it! It goes on smoothly and "melts" into your skin. I use it straight from the jar onto my bare skin and gently massage it in and it works it's magic!! Then use a warm soft washcloth to gently wipe it away. Leave my skin smooth and feeling like it can breathe! For a truly deep clean, I'll add the Gentle Facial bar to double cleanse. Highly recommend!

This week I will open my third jar of Crunchi’s Cleansing Balm. A little goes a long way…I spread the balm all over my face and eyes. After wetting my hands and returning them to paste on my face, the product spreads and melts makeup off my face. I wipe it clean with a warm, wet washcloth to wipe product and makeup off my face. My face is clean and ready for my nighttime moisturizer. I love the clean softness it leaves behind.

I like how this balm leaves my skin feeling hydrated after using it. I took off a star because it does not remove eye makeup, which is a big disappointment for me. Now I have to do another step in my routine and that is already long enough.
