This product gave me white heads all over my face, had to discontinue using it. There are definitely better/cleaner makeup removers out there that don't have this negative effect. I do not recommend this product.

Best cleansing balm I've used so far. Been using it 2-3 times a day for the past 2 weeks and it's been amazing. It is very gentle on my skin, and I do not have to rush to moisturize my skin after washing my face with this. I also have to use an exfoliator (mostly for my nose) to remove blackheads once or twice a month but this cleansing balm has kept my nose and the t-zone clear enough :) I'm not a heavy eye makeup user but in terms of removing daily use of sunscreen and foundation, I did not feel the need to use cleansing foam after washing it off with this cleansing balm. Will definitely purchase again!

This is one of the best cleansers, hands-down. You could have a full face of make up on with heavy mascara, and one full wash with this, and it completely dissolves without any burning of the eyes or the skin. This is one of the best calming cleansers because it calms the skin and deep clean the skin at the same time. This cleanser is also good if you have very dry skin and just want a nice cleansing bomb to keep your skin hydrated. I highly recommend this cleanser as a single, or a dual step followed with the foaming cleanser.
