I used this on two different fenders and had to come back with the clay to clean the fenders again. If the block picks up a piece of grit like sand, it will stay lodged in the block.

It combines a foam applicator attached to a thin layer of clay bar, which makes for a mess-free prep. Combined with the Clay Bar Lube, it is my go-to for a quick prep before paint correction/polish/wax.

Great for lite contamination but if you go into this thinking it's like using a real clay bar, you won't like it. I find this best for glass and as a maintenance item.

I like this product a lot! I'm glad I took the risk to get it. If my vehicle is lightly contaminated, I will use this bar vs. the regular OG clay bar. But I don't think anything really replaces the quality result you get from using regular clay.

This block is awesome. Performs nicely and no worry about dropping it. Much easier to grasp and if I do drop it I can spray it off with the hose.

Clay block was used on my 2018 Silverado, I used a quick detailing spray with clay block , it removed all contaminates and made my fender feel like glass, but now I have a cloudy look to the fender, I don't know what happened ?

I bought this 3 weeks ago to clean my 76 Corvette show car. It was in the body shop for some work and came back with over spray. The clay block had no problem removing it. We are back to show quality.

I love it so far. Way better than the clay kits u have to fold and ball up and make flatwhich in cold weather is a pain!! and they are hard to hold on to. My only question is, the foam soaks up water and I would like to no the best way to store this product? I put mine back in the plastic bag but noticed its all wet and filled with moisture. I took it out and tried to dry the foam with a microfiber towel but did not want to apply to much pressure and ruin the clay block. Is my block going to fail soon if stored with moisture inside the bag for long priods of time?

Having used a traditional clay bar for some time, I thought i would try something new to mix things up. Wow am I happy I did! Not only does this have a larger surface area than the traditional clay bar, it is far more durable. I know I will most likely always have a clay bar in my detailing arsenal, but from now on, I will turn to use the clay block as my primary!

Bought this product some months ago after being introduced to it by my cousin. i have used it on all tree of my vehicles, they look great. Best product, the clay block makes very easy to use. Quick spray clay and wipe with a micro fiber cloth and your done. "No water" great chemical guys.

So I clayed a car half with this and the other half with the CG blue clay and found that the blue clay is better for me. The block seems like it needed more luber spray than the clay bar. So basically I was using up too much luber using the V2 block. I think maybe it was because the sponge was soaking up the V2 block at the same time I was claying.

Used this block for the first time on my black Charger. I was very impressed with the speed and easy use of the product. I was able to "clay" my entire vehicle in about 20 minutes with minimal effort. Will definitely use this product again!

My hands would always get sore with a regular clay bar. Not to mention I have dropped a couple and had to throw them away. The clay block is amazing in every aspect! Much easier to hold onto which eliminates my above mentioned issues. So glad I found this product!!
