I originally received a Cinderella Tonie as a bundle with my Tonie box. The first didn't magnetize, so I reached out to customer service and they we're so kind and helpful to provide me with a replacement. Unfortunately, I received the second Cinderella Tonie and it wouldn't magnetize either. Apparently, this is a common issue with this specific Tonie. Valen, the customer service representative was very apologetic and helpful in providing a code for a replacement. I chose a different tonie this time and am waiting for it to arrive. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this for littles who will be walking around with the box and benefit from it staying on.

The classic songs and story are well-loved, but we detest the song 'The art of dressing well'. In my opinion it gives totally the wrong message that curating a stylish outfit is of utmost value. Now, I get it, the lyrics say the art of dressing well is more than, for example 'silk stitched hems', 'tiaras with perfect gems', but frankly my 3 year old doesn't understand the subtlety of this and has understandably taken from the song that the way you dress is vitally important. It's a huge disappointment that in our era a song like this would be written and chosen over songs that might emphasise cinderella's character.

My girls love the Cinderella tonie. They realized that there was a song included that isn’t in the movie and they love it. The story and voices are great too.
