I loved this product. And I like the fact the date is far off. Unlike the noodles recieved. Dates need to checked when mailing items to customers

My chili crunch arrived leaking. The jar seal was not tight. The leak stained all the other goodies in the box. A bit of the mess.

This is a beautifully flavoured heat that adds so much depth to any dish I make. I use hot honey in most recipes I make. Delicious with chicken and seafood and pork especially. This is my favourite

Not really a review of the product - hot honey - although it is delicious! Just want to let you know the jar leaked in the shipping box. Didn't break so am still using it but it leaked inside the plastic bubble wrap bag - so thank you for packing the jar in the bubble wrap bag!

I included the hot honey chili crisp in my noodle review. I really think the chili crisp is a MUST!

What a versatile and tasty sauce! I just added it to sauteed shrimp with a little of Momofuku Restaurant Grade Tamari for an excellent and fast meal that had so much flavor . I also added it to some roasted carrots and it was amazing!

This may be the best condiment I have ever tasted. It seems to make everything better. Smearing this on top of a game hen and giving it another five minutes under high heat in the oven gives sensational results.

our take on creamy coconut adobo, a soy sauce & vinegar based filipino stew. make this comforting one pot meal, eat it over white rice, and top with chili crunch for extra heat. 🔥 perfect comfort food any day of the week. ingredients —  * 2–2½ pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken * 1 teaspoon black pepper * 1 tablespoon neutral oil, such as canola * 8 cloves garlic, crushed * 1 chili pepper (serrano or jalapeno), sliced * ½ cup momofuku rice vinegar * ⅓ cup momofuku soy sauce * 2 teaspoons momofuku tingly seasoned salt* (*if you don’t have any on hand, feel free to sub in equal parts soy sauce.) * 1 tablespoon momofuku chili crunch hot honey * 1 13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk * 3 bay leaves  * steamed rice 1. pat chicken skin dry & season with 1 tsp black pepper. 2. add oil to a large braiser or skillet & place chicken skin side-down in the pot. turn heat to medium high & cook for about 8–10 minutes, or until the chicken releases easily from the pan & the skin is browned. 3. flip & cook for 2–3 more minutes, then remove. 4. add garlic cloves, chili pepper, ½ cup rice vinegar, ⅓ cup soy sauce, 2 tsp of tingly seasoned salt, and 1 tbsp hot honey to the pot. cook for 1 minute, scraping up browned bits. 5. add coconut milk & bay leaves, then bring mixture to a boil.  6. add chicken, skin side–up, then lower heat to medium low & cook for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is completely tender & nearly falling apart on the bottom. (if the mixture is vigorously boiling, lower the heat.)  7. raise heat to medium high & bring mixture to a vigorous boil. cook for 3–5 minutes, using your spoon to gently disturb the chicken so it does not stick to the bottom, until the liquid is thick & glossy and reduced by about half. remove bay leaves.  8. serve with plain steamed rice, spooning the sauce over the top.

the big game is coming, 🏈 and we leveled up potato skins with a few of our pantry favorites. we drizzled chili crunch on cheesy potatoes before they finish baking, added a dollop of savory seasoned salt sour cream, and topped everything with chili crunch hot honey bacon. the bacon is technically optional, but we strongly suggest you include these sweet & spicy crunchy bits. ingredients — * 5 pounds russet potatoes, washed (ideally smaller potatoes)  * olive oil * kosher salt * 3 cups grated sharp yellow cheddar cheese * momofuku chili crunch * ½ pound bacon (about 8 slices) * momofuku chili crunch hot honey * 1 cup sour cream * momofuku savory seasoned salt * scallions, sliced  1. heat oven to 400°F.
 2. place potatoes on a sheet pan. drizzle with olive oil and season with kosher salt. using a fork, poke a few holes in the tops of each potato, then roast for about 1 hour, until the potato is totally tender.
 3. while potatoes are roasting, prepare the hot honey bacon bits. fry bacon in a skillet until crisp.
 4. quickly remove the bacon from the skillet and chop into small bits. toss with 2 teaspoons of chili crunch hot honey and 1 teaspoon of bacon fat from the skillet. spread onto a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
 5. when the potatoes are ready, remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes. increase oven temperature to 450°F.
 6. slice potatoes in half and carefully scoop out the inside, leaving about ¼ to ½ inch of potato behind.
 7. return potatoes to the sheet pan, skin side-up, then drizzle with more olive oil and season again with kosher salt. roast for 15–20 minutes, until the potato skins are starting to crisp.
 8. remove from the oven, flip the potato skins, and fill each skin with grated cheese. drizzle with chili crunch, then return to the oven for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and starting to bubble.
 9. remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
 10. mix 1 teaspoon of savory seasoned salt into the sour cream. place 1 dollop of savory sour cream on each potato skin, then top with hot honey bacon bits and sliced scallions.

a meal we’d say ‘i do’ to 😍 our take on marry me chicken & noodles bring all the right flavors—savory, tangy, slightly sweet, and just the right amount of heat. perfect for valentine’s day, whether you’re cooking for a partner, friends, or just yourself (because self-love = good food) ingredients — * 1–1½ pounds chicken cutlets, or thinly sliced chicken breasts * 3 tbsp olive oil * 2 tbsp unsalted butter * ½ white onion, chopped * 4–5 cloves garlic, grated * 1 lemon, zested * 3 tbsp tomato paste * 3 cups chicken broth * 2 packs momofuku sweet & spicy noodles * ¼ cup heavy cream * ½ cup sundried tomatoes, chopped * momofuku chili crunch * chives, chopped 1. season chicken liberally with salt & pepper. 2. heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in a large dutch oven over medium high heat. add chicken in a single layer (you may have to work in batches) & sear for 5 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165°F. remove chicken from the pot & set aside. 3. lower heat to medium. add butter & onions. cook for 4 minutes until onions start to soften, then stir in grated garlic and 1 tbsp of lemon zest. cook for 1 minute until the flavors are combined. add 3 tbsp of tomato paste & cook for another minute. 4. add 3 cups of chicken broth, juice from ½ of the lemon, and the 2 momofuku sweet & spicy noodles sauce packets. bring mixture to a boil & cook for 6 minutes uncovered. (the liquid will reduce by about half.) 5. add noodles to the pot & cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, letting the sauce thicken around the cooked noodles. remove from heat. (sauce should be glossy) 6. stir in ¼ cup of heavy cream, sundried tomatoes, & 1–2 tsp of chili crunch. add chicken back to the pot, stirring until it is thoroughly coated in the sauce. top with chopped chives & serve.
