“Viking Chef” does NOT describe this knife. It’s definitely not the knife I saw in the add. This knife is about two times too small for the box it comes in. So when you open Up the package, it makes the knife look really small. I know it’s a pairing knife, but the packaging was not complementary. It feels Unbalanced and fragile in my hand, not very comfortable. It is sharp however, I will give it that. I was going to give this to a friend who loves to cook. But I’m too embarrassed. I guess that’s what you get for $5.
