Garvee Round Professional Stainless Steel Chafing Dish 5QT Round Buffet Server & Warmer Rust Resistant Casserole Cooking Container 2 4 or 6 Pack Options

Is not the color the description says.. gold color and is cobre like burnt brown. Very disappointed with the quality of this product. It looks like the company cares more about getting a good review than actually making sure customers are satisfied with what they receive. The product quality did not meet my expectations, and I don’t feel that customer satisfaction is their priority. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. They rather pay for their good reviews instead of good customer service. It’s a fraud!

I’m deeply disappointed with the package I received. It was severely damaged, with the items inside bent and deformed. To make matters worse, I’m missing a leg for one of my stands. This is particularly frustrating because I had specifically ordered this item for my daughter’s party and now I won’t have enough. I’ve requested a partial refund, but I haven’t received any response from the company. I’m concerned about the quality control measures in place for these products.

Very nice product. It does give your table a more elegant look than the foil pans. The only thing is it doesn’t hold as much as the foil pans does and that was my only disappointment when it came to this product. Note: if you want to use please open the day before your event because you do have to assemble the units and it may take up your time depending on what you have to do that day. Very easy to assemble. I thought the covers were glass but they’re not but I have to say aside from the two thing that I complained about I’m very happy with my purchase. Biggest downfall of the product is the food container is too small. It should have been as deep as the container that holds the water/ice and that’s the only reason I gave it a 4 ratings rather than a 5. It took me no time to assemble. Oh yea, the utensils are small. So make that 3 issue, lol but to how small the food bowl is I can see why the utensils are that small.

Hello, I just opened my order in preparation for a party on the 13th. Unfortunately, two of the stands arrived dented, even though the outer box wasn’t damaged. The remaining four chafing dishes are beautiful once put together. I would’ve given 5 stars if the two stands weren’t dented.
