This item arrived at my house completely destroyed and unusable. The packaging was totally inadequate, there was no proper protection to keep the product safe during shipping. I’m really disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless the seller improves their packaging.

Ordered a 4 pack for the price of 2, received a 2 pack. When asked to correct the error, I asked them to send the correct item to my new address. They sent it to my old address anyways. Now they are saying it's my responsibility to find the packages, when I sent proof of me sending the new address.

Very fun to do! Definitely wait for baby to be asleep or calm. Was able to make 3 hands and almost 1 baby foot, but baby was too awake and broke the mold.

Very easy instructions super fun unless have a wiggly baby! My girl wouldn’t hold still for dear life but we got the most perfect detailed hand out of it!! Absolutely love it to pieces and beautiful decor for her shelf! Would 100% recommend getting one while ur baby is small! So sentimental and cute

Easy to use follow instructions and you will have amazing results. However I was not able to get a good mold of my 9month old I think I waited to long to purchase, He moves way to much not even sleeping helped woke right up. After 3 failed Attempts I just gave up Used to last one for my 7year old.

I followed step by step instructions — used thermometer for water, poured mix for mold in slowly and I mixed as directed. I waited till mix turned light pink to dip my son's foot and it was hard when I went to dip. I tried it again thinking I waited too long and it did it again. This product is not as easy as videos show. The mold harden before I could even dip his foot. I wanted a keepsake because my son will soon be 1. I can definitely say my money was wasted.

Cool idea for a keepsake, but the cast sets up with flaws causing toes to break off. I followed instructions of tilting and tapping to release air bubbles and everything.
