I wanted a lighter carry on than my rimowa, and this def fits the bill. Plus it matches my calpak backpack. I have used it only for a car trip and not an airplane trip . . . and the dreaded storage in the overhead bin (muscles!). It is spacious, but probably not as spacious other 37L. The rolly handles are very obstructive in the back of the luggage space.

I was very excited about this bag. It is very nice and it’s amazing how much it fits. I do like to use every inch of space in my Carry-On and I store items below the interior lining between the handle bars. For example, flip flops, umbrella, socks…that said, there was these strange globs of glue in this area. I contacted CALPAK and I was assured that must be a production issue and they sent me another suitcase and requested I return the original item. I told them if this is how they were I didn’t want to have to send back two suitcases. I was told not to worry the replacement should be fine. Sure enough the second one had the same issue. I spent at least an hour going back and forth online with what I think was AI before I could be connected to someone for support. I searched and searched for a customer service number so I could speak with someone given this item was marked final sale, to no avail. I was told via the chat that they don’t have customer service agents you can speak with. I was disappointed with the resolution which was now to ship both suitcases back and find another to purchase. There was no support offered to order a different item at the sale price or for the inconvenience of having to repack and ship two very large boxes. I would expect better customer service. Overall CALPAK has great products. I have been a TUMI fan for years but the prices are getting ridiculous and they don’t appear to be keeping up with more modern design features which is why CALPAK is so great.

Great size for an over-packer’s long weekend trip. Pairing this with the matching Terra 26L backpack gives a good amount of space. Actual width is 15 inches at the base. I love that this luggage is a top loader rather than a clam shell. Knocked one star off for the telescopic handle. It isn’t as sturdy compared to my other luggage and can be a bit tricky to fully extend.

I absolutely love my new Terra soft side carry on luggage. I bought the backpack first and fell in love with it so I decided to purchase the carry on. It is very roomy, versatile and lightweight. Great for quick trips and has space for toiletries and shoes.

I love this suitcase, I really like the side pocket that you can put a water bottle in, it’s the perfect carry on size suitcase plenty of room. I love this light purple color!
