At first when you first take a drink, it’s sour. like i mean to the point you make a face upon drinking it. You do get used to it to the point it doesn’t bother you anymore. Like when you drink it more, it doesn’t have that sour taste nomore. Not seeing any results yet. But will come back when i do.

I’ve only been using it for a week so I cannot say I’ve noticed any changes yet. After a month of steady use maybe there will be changes. The taste is very sour so if you love sour flavored things it’s right up your alley I’m not a big fan but it’s only a tablespoon so I cannot say I’ve tough it out.
