They fixed the problem. I’ve only had this camera a very short time and one of the two I bought has already got stuck on night vision, and there is no way to fix it. I was told it’s an internal software problem. It doesn’t give you the option of doing anything with the night vision.

I got my camera in a disgraceful condition. How do you send A GIFT to a customer in the way you did. I would've ordered another if it was an accident but looking at the tape this was an obvious return, sat on a shelf then sent to me. I can't tell you how disgusted I am and I'm on disability and thought this would be a nice gift for my husband for Christmas. How can anyone send this to me and then HOW CAN A COURIER accept this in the condition it was as well. Somebody has some explaining to do, and I deserve an apology from both of you. Now thx to this what do I get me husband for Christmas?

The Window Security Camera, was apparently delivered by my front door. I was at a doctor's appointment and when I returned home at 1:30 pm I found the box for the product torn open and nothing inside. Where as the box should have been placed in a protective sealed wrap prior to shipping.

My only question is when will it start the notifications I didn't I had it up for 2 hours and no notifications as of yet I can see through it it's sync to my Alexa and I set it up so I'm trying to see when is it going to start the notification process

The product arrive very quick. I do like how clear the pictures are in the day time. Night time isn't that great on the street due to the bright street lights. (That's just my guess)

Come with stickers to hold camera in place which is magnetic. Stickers are permanent and would have preferred a magnet that can be used for aquariums so that the position of cam could be moved. Cam does come with 3 stickers but did not want a buch of stickerd on my aquarium. I have 9 aquarium tanks.

I bought it to have more security at home and I loved it. The image looks super clear, even at night, and the app is very easy to use. It connects quickly to WiFi and I can see everything from my cell phone without problem. It detects the movements well and warns me instantly. The installation was very simple, I just put it on the window and that's it. For the price, it's totally worth it. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a practical camera with good quality.

This camera looks good on the tiktok live but I purchased two, one for myself and one for my daughter's house. I'm hoping I can adjust it somehow so that the picture quality is better. Customer service for these items is awesome so I'm sure we'll get something worked out
