I don’t really think that these make much of a difference for me. The flavor is fine, pretty mild and not overwhelming. The texture is a little stiff but at least they don’t stick to each other in the packaging.

I’ve had good experience with the Calm magnesium powders so I decided to give the gummies a try. Not the same- for me anyways. I felt kind of sick, icky and run down tired. Definitely not like the powders in which my body felt, well, calmer, stronger yet more relaxed and grounded in a very short time.
