1.25 inch buttons don’t press properly and the pins get wobbly to the point where it’s unsafe to handle. Other sizes work perfectly fine with zero issues. Customer service incredibly slow to respond and only respond with pre made messages they did send a replacement but it had the exact same issue

Just a warning that the plastic sheets used for the top of the pins tend to stick together since they are so thin so make sure all are separated to avoid breaking yours like I did mine lol (fixed it but took some work) also it should NOT take a ton of pressure to actually use it so if you find it super hard to push down then stop to check if you followed instructions correctly :)
