Love it. I'm 5'4 weighing 194. Very comfortable. It has yet to roll down. Stayed in place since I had it on. I normally wear a lg but I size down to a Medium. It tucks your tummy in pretty well. Would recommend.

It does make my stomach look a very little smaller. But it's just the same as any tight stretchy underwear would be. It does not give that hour glass shape at all. I look pregnant instead. Here's a true before and after.

I’m an extra large and I got a large. I feel like I should have sized down even more. The first photo is without the shaper and the second photo is with the shaper. I don’t see any change.

I was super skeptical about these, but to my surprise they actually worked!! They dropped me 3 sizes! And I no longer look like a busted can of biscuits! Didn't lift my butt cause I aint got a butt to lift but I can fit comfortably in my shorts so im good with that! Edit:although they are good, after wearing it the whole day- 7 hours, the plastic stick peices in it starts digging into your skin and hurts like a. b/+¿#! So for that, they lose 2 stars. I personally do not recommend cause I will not wear again
