The warmies I purchased for my grandchildren are very cute and seem to be well made. The only complaint I have is that I was not expecting them to be made in China. I could not find this information before my purchase. I was hoping Warmies USA might possibly be made in the USA.

The products are great but customer service is non-existant. I ordered 3 items which were sent without problem. Ordered another item and the warmies website said that my card info could not be verified; tried again with same results, while seeing my credit card notification pop up showing the pending charge (twice). At that point, I couldn't be sure if the item had been ordered or not. Scoured the website to find a phone number So that I wouldn't be sent 2 of the item but to also be sure that one had actually been ordered. I was unable to find a phone number so used the "contact us" button to send a message. Never received a response. Sent another message and again never received a response. Items are cute; customer service is terrible.

This is our 2nd Buffalo Warmies. The first one got very dirty because my son dragged him everywhere. I just hate that we can't remove the cover and wash and have to buy new one.
