I was so excited when someone bought this carrier off of my registry. I dutifully did the registration card as soon as I got it. Once my little one was here, I waited two months till she was old enough but she was stills a pipsqueak so I needed to put the inner buttons closer together for her seat width. Turns out the carrier I got was a little defective so I had to contact customer support. This is where it’s awkward. Even though I had filled out the data card. They wouldn’t exchange it without more info. I had to contact the person who bought me the carrier to send me the invoice, not only a faux pas but awkward and inconvenient. But! That wasn’t all. Then wildbird needed additional info and I had to contact the buyer again. While I got the exchange, this left a bad taste in my mouth. If you want the carrier, just buy it yourself. If it’s on your registry, they put you in a really painful position, even if you register the carrier properly.

I love these so much this is the 2nd one I ordered. My son is 14 months and when we go to the store he loves to stand in the buggy and pull stuff off the shelves. I back wear him in this and he stays calm and is content. And I don’t have to worry about if I need to walk a few feet from the buggy

The most comfortable carrier I’ve used so far and the color is so pretty! The shoulder straps are very padded and a bit stiff so it can difficult to reach back and grab it when putting on the carrier by myself but once you get over that hurdle, it’s very comfy to use and baby loves it!
