These are a necessity paired with the keychain breathalyzer. I changed them out to make sure I get the same results! I promise you anytime you use this around others drinking EVERYONE wants to try it. That’s why these are a MUST have because I’m not putting my mouth where someone else’s had been! Simply take the mouthpiece off and put on a fresh one! You can always wash them to reuse!

The additional mouthpieces are a good idea to have in case you lose the one that comes with the device or in case your dog, choose it up or just to be extra sanitary. I would recommend that you buy this when you buy your breathalyzer.
