I purchased this in store with a charm mid November 2024. I really like it. Last week the charm came off and the loop that it was on was open and snagged my sweater. I was able to use a needle nose plier to put the charm back on and close the loop. Just seems like as expensive as it was the charm shouldn't have fallen off.
