STRICT RETURN, HYGIENE & DELIVERY POLICY
Due to strict health, hygiene, and consumer safety standards, all skincare products are considered personal-use items.
Products are eligible for return ONLY if they remain completely unopened, unused, untampered, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.
To qualify for return, items must be:

• Factory sealed
• Unused and untested
• In original packaging with all seals intact
• Complete with all original components
Any sign of opening, use, testing, tampering, handling, partial consumption, damage, alteration, or removal of seals automatically voids return eligibility.
Returned items are subject to mandatory inspection upon arrival. Any product that does not meet these strict conditions will be rejected without exception.
No Refund Without Return
No refunds will be issued without the full return of the product.
Customers must return the entire package exactly as received. Partial returns, incomplete items, missing components, or altered packaging will automatically disqualify the refund request.

Delivery Confirmation Policy
