This is one product which is my all time favorite from last 5 years . I can't imagine my life without it. I own almost all the hair tools from bondi boost( I love the brand that much, i know😆). However this blowout brush is my first and most favorite of all Curling iron is another great one . And of course shampoo and conditioner too.

This product worked great until the 3rd use. After that, for no reason, it stopped blowing hot air and smells like its burning. After reaching out to the customer service team for help, I didn't get anything in response and am left with a broken product. I would like to discuss with someone the possibility of a refund or being sent a new product but unfortunately, it has been hard getting in contact with anyone from the company.

Feels like lightweight, cheap plastic. The motor sparked and was making a burning smell the second time I used it and it went in the trash for being a fire hazard. It made it so I will not trust another of their products- which sucks because I really need an air-styler because of arthritis.
