I ordered this product during the Memorial Day sale. When I purchased the product there was a discount applied. However, the discount disappeared as soon as I paid. Most companies would honor the discount, as it was clearly an error in their system. Not only did customer service not honor the discount but they ignored my request to cancel the order. I am a returning customer and while I love their products, I won’t buy from a company that refuses to acknowledge their mistakes.
