I rate this wig 7/8 out of 10. I definitely think for the price i paid for the wig it was worth the price. The lace was A1, the curl pattern is pretty when wet. I don't think it was a 28inch. I have had shorter wigs whose inches was longer but it still worked out pretty good. Will purchase again
