I have lots of abdominal/digestive issues along with inflammation problems it does help enough that I notice if I forget, so I will continue to purchase. To me it has a light cumin taste but surprisingly it doesn’t taste bad and no burping after tastes like with the pills!! I’ve not been on it too long but I’ve noticed a slight improvement with my skin not being as dry too!
