I received a warmie that arrived damaged so lavender and seeds were coming out of it. I wrote to Warmies asking for a replacement. First, the returned my email within minutes. Second, they requested a photo of the damaged product. Last, they wrote back to tell me they would be replacing the Warmie. I so appreciated the quick response because this was a present for a friend. Great product (I used mine in cold nights) and really love it. Everyone in my family has one! Thanks!

My daughter loves this chocolate lab who resembles our labradoodle we had that was so very much loved. She loves all of her warmies, but I think this may have become her new favorite. This warmie smells great and helps with tummy aches or just to feel warm and cuddly. Thank you!

I ordered multiple Warmie animals for my grandkids for Christmas. All are adorable and each is different. They arrived in one box, and all were perfect except one. It was leaking the beads. I was concerned because it was about 2 weeks before Christmas. I got in touch with the company, and they immediately sent a replacement which arrived in a couple days. I cannot say enough about the customer service - not to mention the actual product. I am writing this a few days before Christmas, so I'm not sure how the kids will like them, although it's hard to think they won't love them! Do not hesitate to order from the company!!
