This is my first electronic bidet. I mainly got it for the air dryer but also the heated water. I've had it for over a year now and I love it. It's so much better than a non-electric bidet (nothing against those, those are still pretty great). The heated water is nice, the control and adjustment are helpful, the nozzle oscillation means I have to move around less to get clean. I didn't think I'd care about the heated seat, but it's actually pretty great. It has an odor neutralizer that I expected to just be a buzz word, but it actually does seem to work. The build quality of this seat is extremely solid. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. The seat isn't perfect though. The air dryer is ok but not great. I do use it every time, but I think gravity does as much work as the fan. The heated air is nice, but this feature overall should be better. The water pressure is less than a mechanical bidet, which is expected, but still unfortunate. I didn't end up missing it as much as I expected though. Worries about water pressure were the main thing holding me back from buying an electric earlier, but knowing now what it's like, I wouldn't have let it hold me back. Lastly, the "Pure Breeze Bowl Sterilization" is complete bogus. I was looking forward to this, but I haven't noticed it help at all. In summary, if you are hesitant, just buy it. You'll never go back.

Needed to install a bidet due to upcoming dominate arm shoulder surgery ( I’m not a flexible torso guy, and my wife informed me that “ for better or for worse” did not include wiping!). After narrowing down features, I landed on the Alpha UX Pearl as having the ( for me) the best bang-for-the-buck (especially with frequently offered discounts on Bidet King). Dispute some YouTubers trolls, I get INSTANT. warm water every time. ( any residual ambient temp water is expelled during the initial wand washing ). My wife (& her girlfriends) love the heated seat (we prefer the winter home temps to be 67F in general). While I haven’t quite figured out the Dedicated User settings, I’ve found I prefer to customize my wash/dry process with each visit (control freak issues, maybe). I’m not sure what feature(s) are responsible but we scrubbed our commode bowl to “factory standards” before installing the Pearl, but it’s been 4 weeks now and our bowl still sparkles clean! Installation was 40 minutes for seat one. We were so impressed that we jumped our plan and ordered a 2nd seat for the other bath. Remove the time spent on an unexpected issue with a straight pipe water source, and I got #2 ( no pun intended) in about 30 minutes. ***Installation note***. While not a star changer for me, if you are particularly OCD, with both seats up, it both units “look” just a tad off”centered. However with lids down, both visual and physically inspections show the seats are sitting square. We have round Toto commodes. If we ever repair our basement utility bath, we will be ordering a 3rd UX Pearl!

In my prior home I had a Toto K300. It was my first bidet seat and I was happy with it's performance. Given that the Alpha UX Pearl got such great reviews for it's cleaning ability, I thought I would give it a shot. It works great! In fact, I like it better than the K300. Plus, it has a longer warranty and is quite a bit less expensive. I'm glad I made the switch!

Installation was simple, had it for months, love it, wife loves the heat and cleaning. We are spoiled now. The but is, on a round toilet even your recommended seat puts you a little too forward for a man. I suggest using elongated toilet for these bidets.

Love the powered lids, great mount for remote. Spray doesnt oscillate and the temperature is low. No automatic wash/dry cycle though it has a button for it. Pricey at $700

We have owned many bidet toilet seats over the years. That being said, this seat is absolutely fantastic, with one exception. The auto raise feature in the seat sounds like the motor is struggling and the motion detection does not see you until you are right in front of the seat. I'm a guy so I stand up mostly when urinating. Our Novita seat, replaced by the Alpha UX, started to raise as soon as you walked into the toilet room so by the time you were in front of the seat it was already raised. We bought both from Bidet King and have always got a great price, fast shipping, and prompt customer service.

For context this is our first bidet. UX Pearl seems to do everything as promised and all of worked right out of the box. Installation was pretty easy. Our biggest misgiving is the washing part. The oscillation seems to only go front-back-front not side to side. It would be much more effective and better if it did both. Also, I don't quite get the personalized button. What I hoped for was a one button solution (press it and it does every cycle (wash, oscillate, dry) to my specification). It doesn't seem to do that, it seems only to set the water pressure on the wash to my liking but perhaps I'm using it wrong. Lastly, though I really tightened the screws the seat started sliding towards the side about a month after install. Summary good unit but lacking what we really hoped for.

It’s a tight fit on a Glacier Bay toilet with model number N2420 but it works and looks nice. The water heats fast and cleans well. The remote is ok but wish it had more clear display of temps and pressure.

I purchased two of these after using one on vacation. I selected the Alpha UX Pearl based on the features listed on the BidetKing website, which compared about 10 bidet seats (very helpful). This one had all of the features I wanted. After using it for about a month, I can say that I have been very happy with my selection. There are some items that could be improved- higher pressure on the wash, bigger opening on the seat- especially when it is up, more saved settings for each user, and motion sensor for the night light so it is not on all the time, but I would still buy it again.
