Let me start by saying I eat healthy, no sugars, no processed foods. Menopause changes you metabolism even with lifting weights and walking 20K steps a day I could not lose the few pounds I had gained. I am NOT over weight to begin with but started to put on weight for no reason, I started berberine before each meal, I lost 5lbs in 2 weeks!! Continued to lose a few and actually had to cut back my dose because my BP was getting too low and I was losing more weight which I didn't want to lose more. Bottom line - IT WORKS!! The price is also reasonable compared to many other brands. I take one capsule every evening to keep my blood sugar levels from getting too high.
