I just received this product today. I put my first patch on, so I don’t have any comment on how it actually works yet, but I do have a concern. The GLP-1 blend is supposed to be Berberine extract, pomegranate extract and cinnamon extract. My concern is that my package says Kind GLP-1 blend is Berberine extract and PROMEGRANET EXTRACT NOT POMEGRANATE EXTRACT… Now I’m not even sure if this product is real or not
