I just don’t think a lot of humidifiers are designed as well as this one… I run it nightly and have never had mold in it… Ever. This is just my personal experience but it’s designed so the basin will run dry and prevents standing water. Just let it do its mold inhibiting thing and it’ll be so easy to keep clean.

Definitely thought this was too good to be true, so I waited entirely too long to purchase one of these. But it really does have mold, inhibiting technology, and the pieces are all dishwasher safe. we run our nightly and I have not found mold in it in the months that I’ve owned it.
