The vacuum for sucking up all the hair does not work well at all. Lots of hair still made it all over the counter and in the sink. But does trim pretty good, that's the reason I didn't return it.

The product has a design flaw. While the vacuum is nice, the gap is too large making it hard to use. The trimmer is very bulky. You can’t get the hair completely cleaned out. The idea is nice but I was wildly disappointed with it which is sad b/c I was so excited to give to my husband. Sending back.

Very POOR Quality 😢 It's not what I ordered. I ordered the shaver that vacuums (sp) the beard hair. I received the Ladies one that trims the Pubs...Plus this this POS doesn't run. I first charged it for 24 hours and it didn't work 🙃 Then I charged it for 3 days, the charging light came on but the motor still doesn't run/work.
