The “sterile” bag it came in had a strand of hair inside and it was missing the pink one. It came with 2 purple. Didn’t return. Just made sure to sterilize it all before using.

Fit: My fault but I didn’t pay attention to the gauge so it was a little too big to fit in the hole. It was stuck half in for a while my nose hole and pain tolerance adjusted. Design: Beautiful Comfort: Again, my fault but it was difficult to get in due to size and had to remove it after one day because it was too big and hurt. Skin Sensitivity: No issue

I’m so upset, I fiannaly got my jewelry and the tool to use to help put on the ball was broken. As soon as I took it out of the bag and pushed to open it the springs or grabbers popped out. Now I can’t get the TINY jewel on!!!! What do I do now??? 😡 cheep tool. Very cheep tool.

The jewelry was cute for the 1 day I was able to wear it. I love that it came with all the necessary tools. The main thing is it cut my nose. I tried the 20 and the 18 and it tore my nose up. Very sad very upset
