It was delivered in an envelope. Had tissue wrapped around the necklace. I removed the necklace from the envelope and tissue and a rhinestone popped right off and onto the table. Never got to wear. Not sure if it’s not clamped tightly but I tried putting the rhinestone back in but it’s very loose.
