Return Information

If a return is requested, please ensure the product is kept in good condition and returned with the original packaging.

All items included in the package must be returned together, including accessories (such as extra switches, keycap puller, charging cable, cleaning cloth/brush, dust cover, manual) and any free gifts included with the order.

For macOS users:

· Driver not compatible with macOS

· Fn+[E] swithes to macOS system, Fn+[W] switches to Win system
