The shorts have pleats, an elastic waistband on the back half, and pockets 🤩 I ordered and received it within about 5 days! I haven't worn it other than to try on or washed it yet so I can't speak for how it holds up, but I feel good about it. I am 5'8, 36DDD and a M/L. I ordered a M and it fits perfect. Very cute, love the color. I got a S (I am 5'1 and 105lbs) and small bottoms are baggy so could have sized down to an XS. The top covers the shorts so it's not visible though. I was worried about the polyester being uncomfortable and hot but the material is comfy and feels breezy.
