The screen turns off at random times when I’m in the middle of a fight, ok so spoke with customer service and they suggested I use another power cord for it which I had a good one which worked perfect! Does not shut off anymore, runs smooth, love my monitor, will definitely be getting another one!

I order the 144hz and received the 60hz I need to be sent out the right one because I did not pay for the 60hz I can’t connect my switch to it, it keep saying no Signal then the screen flickers imma either going to need a refund or yall send me a new one out because this is not what I order

I’ve worked remote for the past 3+ years on a 13” laptop. I figured it was time to upgrade my setup but I didn’t want a large monitor on my desk. This monitor was perfect. I’d looked at portable monitors before and they were more expensive than I was willing to pay. I love this and highly recommend.

Says it’s 60hz by default if you’re connecting it to your PC you have to change some settings in order for it to be 144hz. Customers service support was helpful!

Was skeptical buying it at first but it works perfect for my Xbox. My xbox was already riding in a bag to and from work with me and now I can through this portable display in the same bag. 120hz + HDR its a great screen.

Has a bad backlight bleed coming from the top that affects most of the screen. Not good for gaming. Customer service offered me a whole $10 refund if I would just keep it, which was laughable. Speakers are no good, and has no aux port. No screen cover for a portable monitor? Avoid this one.
