I’ve been using ARMRA for a couple years now religiously. I don’t know if it’s doing anything for me or not, I can’t tell any difference. I’m just trusting that it is doing something good for my health. For the cost, I really hope it is.

My nails and hair are doing SO MUCH better! So I hope my bones are too… can’t see yet. I’ve been on Armra about 6 months and plan to continue forever. So easy to use, it dissolves easily and tastes great straight into my mouth.

Great Product. Take in a beverage or take a scoop in your mouth. Travel packets are great also - just throw in your bag, no bulk so your always prepared. After using less bloat and overall health improvements.
