For reference, I am an almost 50 Latina in a high stress career. After almost a month of using it (alongside a Black Cohosh supplement), my hot flashes and night sweats have almost completely disappeared. I've been able to sleep longer and I can feel my body better regulating. A few things to note: the taste is more pungent than other tinctures (I'm a big fan of the Blue Burn and Mindcraft), so this is less of a "let's make a mocktail" tincture, in my opinion. Second, like any new supplement, you have to give it time and be consistent. After the first week I started to feel better, so I bought a second bottle immediately so I could track its overall effectiveness a little longer term. As with any supplement, what works for one does not always work for another. However, this is now part of a critical part of me finding my old self and getting better rest in this season of life.
