Waited several weeks for my Prevage Daily Serum and cleanser to arrive. Had to call customer service twice. The second time I called the lady asked if I wanted a refund. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the products. She made no effort to get the products to me at a later date. Won’t be ordering from Elizabeth Arden again!!

I placed an order 20 days ago. I subscribed to the shipping updates. It was shipped and has been stuck in our city from 14 days ago. Exactly one week ago I called customer service. He said it is not lost and will be delivered in a few days. The shipping status has not changed and I still have not received my order. This is not the first time this has happened. The last time I ordered, it took over 3 months for me to receive it. I like the product but getting the product is such a pain.

I am very happy with the product, but unhappy with the service. I spent, all together, over $250.00 dollars on product, on two separate occasions. You were advertising your free gift, which you usually do during the holidays, which I utilize this gift for when I travel. Unfortunately, I never received the gift with either order. I've already sent a response in regards to this issue but, have not heard back from anyone. I'm very disappointed.
