I bought this sunscreen because a dermatologist I follow on Instagram swears by this product for its UVA protection. UVA chemicals are still not approved by the FDA in the US, and this product contains 6 chemicals out of the 8 chemicals the dermatologist recommends for UVA protection. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the formula is better than the anthelios spf 100 I’ve been using. It’s thicker and doesn’t sting, despite the fact that it’s fragranced (which was a surprising, pleasant bonus since my skin is sensitive, and the fragrance makes me smell good). It’s not greasy, but it is thick and works wonders on my dry skin throughout the day. It’s easy to apply and reapply; it’s not tacky. My only concern is the small size of the tube, considering I reapply sunscreen 3 times a day. In addition, it took a long time to ship to my address in California. I think I’ll need to purchase in bulk next time to justify the cost and shipping times.

This was very moisturizing for my drier days, but the fragrance of it lingered and I smelled it on my face all day. It is a light, floral smell, which I didn’t mind. However, if you have sensitive skin, the fragrance may be a problem.

Does a great job to keep your skin safe. I have a very light skin and didn’t burn with this sunblock on. I am not crazy about the sticky texture though. I also purchased the invisible fluid in the square bottle which looks like an identical product and this feels much nicer on your skin.

I've tried so many sunscreens and this one is my favorite!! Doesn't smell like sunscreen, hydrates my skin so much and protects the skin so well. Wore this sunscreen while out in the sun all day and by very fair skin did not get burnt. I'll be repurchasing for eternity

I love this sunscreen and the fancy UV filters it uses. It gives me peace of mind to know it is one of the best on the market. I’ve been wearing sunscreen religiously for a few years now and have found that cosmetically I prefer ones that have a more dull/matte look vs super shiny. Unfortunately, this one is VERY shiny — the shiniest I have ever used. That said, it does not have a white cast which is fantastic and more important than shine, yet nevertheless it is very shiny especially if you apply more than one layer like me. It is also very sticky when it dries — the stickiest I have ever used, so if you have long hair that falls at the sides of your face or have bangs, you’ll find yourself having to constantly peel it off your face. That being said, no white cast is #1 for me and this sunscreen passes with flying colors. It also has a pleasant smell and goes on thicker which makes me feel like it is creating a more robust layer (whether it is or not I have no clue). At the end of the day, the upgraded UV filters and no white cast are enough to convince me to buy again.

Honestly unlike any other sunscreen I have tried. Light and airy. Doesn’t have that normal sunscreen smell and actually moisturizes my skin.

I have never been able to use chemical sunscreens on my face because it's so sensitive. Either my skin stings when I put it on, gets irritated later, and ALWAYS makes my eyes water/hurt. NONE of these bad things happen with La Roche Posay Anthelios UVmune 400 Hydrating Cream (Euro formula). This is my favorite sunscreen, forever and always. It's no wonder so many well-known dermatologists swear by the European version of this sunscreen. I have no reservations about recommending it to anyone. Try it and see for yourself. It has never made my eyes water or sting, and I slather it all over my skin, including the skin around my eyes. I always keep extra around so I never run out before my next restocking order.

This sunscreen is great, non irritating and very moisturizing at the same time. In the summer I feel like I wouldn't even need to apply a morning moisturizer, this would do! I'd prefer a non-scented version, the fragrance just doesn't smell that great and would prefer no perfume - thus one less star.

This is lightweight and the most effective sunscreen. Blends easily. Would prefer no fragrance but that version is sold out. Not irritating to my eyes at all.
