I recently ordered the soft Chewable ice maker from Antarctic star for there fall deals after I received my package, I noticed they sent me the wrong machine thats smaller, makes less Ice and doesn’t keep the ice refrigerated after the fact I setup the machine I received and it doesn’t work

It makes ice really fast but it more like slush ice, very watery. Even if you put it in the freezer right away when you take the ice tray out water gets all over the place because it isn't frozen solid. Super disappointed.
