Look fantastic, great fit. Only complaint I have is that the hard material (plastic?) inside the heel's lining only goes partway up the back of the shoe. For me, this plastic wanted to bend inward when I put my heel in, creating a hard crease in the material. It was a tight fit, so that's part of why, but it'd be nice if that harder lining material went a little higher. Probably could have avoided the crease by using a shoehorn. Beyond that though, solid and exactly what I expected. Can't comment on longevity, only had them for a few weeks and worn a few times, but I love them.

These are going to look fantastic for my victorian vampire outfit for halloween, yet also! just a fantastic pair of chelsea boots, definitely my favourite boots out of my chelsea boots collection. they look so damn good!! a definite recommend (SIZE 9 US)

I ordered these for my partner and they love the look of them! They did note that there is not much arch support so we've ordered inserts to hopefully make them more comfortable. They also said that they are going to save them for going out and special occasions though so we shall see how the comfort holds up in time.

I first ordered these in the wrong size, and even with a missing confirmation number due to a typo I made with my email, customer service was super helpful in getting me a new confirmation and processing the exchange in pretty good time (a couple weeks total). Once I did receive the right size, they fit perfectly and were super comfortable. If anything, I'd maybe have liked the ankles to be a bit tighter, but they're pretty comfortable (considering they'll need to be broken in over time). Worn them a few times with no issues, quality is great, I'm happy with em. Technically I wear a half size up from what I purchased and they fit perfectly, so maybe they run a tiny bit big but I've had no issues.
