When I tried to explain this to customer service the couldnāt fathom that the pressure caused seepage and because it wasnāt actively leaking I was lying even though 25% of the product was gone out of the packaging. The coating was coming off the bottle and even the sticker underneath had worn off. They didnāt even offer a return until I said Iād file a dispute and the return was for an āinvestigation.ā Donāt purchase from this vendor, I donāt even know if this is a counterfeit or not.
