For 19 years I've been wearing Artrex inserts due to my very high arches. They've allowed me to remain active on the court and on the baseball field. Prior to Aetrex, I suffered horribly from shin splints but haven't had them since I started wearing these. My teenage son has high arches as well and I ordered his first pair of Aetrex inserts a couple years ago. He has the Speed inserts in his everyday sneakers, basketball shoes, and baseball turfs and cleats. He loves the support they provide over the standard insoles that come with the shoes and they're durable enough to last until he needs a new pair of shoes. We love our Aetrex inserts.

These supports work very well in my running shoes. They are a bit softer than i expected, but so far (10+ miles on them), they are holding up and helping my flat feet feel less pain while running and walking.

I’ve worn literally EVERY over the counter orthotic on the market. Aetrex orthotics are hands down the best and most comfortable. I usually wear the Aetrex Compete Orthotic BUT I bought two pairs of the Speed Orthotics because they were on sale. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I bought these. They are even better then the Compete for me and are perfect. I wear them all day in my workout shoes, tennis shoes, boots and all my sneakers. If you have arch pain, heal pain or ball of foot pain- try these!

My knees and feet feel a lot better having these soles in over the generic ones you get. I'd say it would be good for people who have a medium arch.

I have a history of tendinitis in both of my heels, and I started wearing insoles while working in a specialty footwear retail store. I bought a pair of each type that we sold, and the Aetrex L400 was by far the best I've tried. I don’t feel a major difference between the L400 and the L700, but both have alleviated symptoms I'd suffered through for about 10 years. I've had 5 sets of Aetrex insoles, and I use them in all my footwear. They don't necessarily make a bad pair of shoes good to wear (i. e. if you need arch support, you’ll need the shoe to have arch support as well), but they are far better than any stock insole that comes with a pair of shoes. I highly reccomend these, and the L400 as well.

I really was looking toward theses to add support for my running shoes to help with my high arch. After receiving these, I placed them I my shoes that area already cushioned and found that they added too much cushion to my already thick shoe. I enjoyed the arch support but the added thickness made my shoe that much more unstable.

I use these in my running shoes. They help some, but I guess I need custom orthotics,. The arch support on these is too far back - too close to the heel. It's like the took the model for a smaller foot, and just added length at the toes to fill the shoe. Not terribly impressed with these.

This is my first time ordering the L700 series. I'm delighted Aetrex has split their innersoles into the casual/walking and athletic lines of inner soles. They're extremely comfortable and offer good support that I need to continue jogging on rapidly aging knees! Good cushioning and good arch support
