I ordered the hotel oils as a gift, but the package arrived torn, and the box inside was bent and dented. It was shipped in a thin plastic bag with no protection. My photos wouldn’t upload at first, and when I finally sent new ones, support told me it “didn’t look bad,” which was frustrating. All I wanted was an exchange, but they only offered a 15% coupon that was already on their site. I ended up returning it altogether and felt like I was the problem, even though the poor packaging caused the issue. Very disappointing experience.

First night was GREAT! That was last night. THE Scents were divine for about 30 mins then nothing. 2nite a total Bust😡👎🏽 And I followed ALL the directions to the T. Don’t buy it. Trust me. Just watch the video of the 1st nite then the 2nd nite LIVE PHOTO because apparently 2 videos r a no no🙄

This is amazing! I have 3 dogs and always have something plugged in or burning to help my house smell better. I saw this and decided to give it a try . I added water, oil (included) and turned it on, and it instantly began to work. My house smells great!

Scent: Can’t smell the scent there’s no smoke coming out of it. Can’t change colors the directions you can’t read because it’s in Chinese.
