My husband has very very sensitive skin and is acne prone. He has tried several other products but always seemed to have issues with further irritation. This is very gentle on his skin and has significantly helped clear any blemishes.

I did not have super high hopes as I have had a moonscape of blackheads on my nose since puberty. But after only a few weeks of use, sometimes twice a day, sometimes once and sometimes never, there is a noticeable difference in the amount and size of the blackheads. Worth the purchase.
