After numerous back and forth messages regarding the purchase of a k2plus on this platform... they are still not helping me get a proper replacement. Let me be clear. Crealty did not destroy the printer, FedEx did. But FedEx told me I have to work with Crealty to get a replacement. That being said I have 2 k2plus printers and I love them. There really good. But I wanted to add a 3rd so I bought one hear on tiktok on sale. It showed up destroyed. And not Crealty is not helping me at all. I am beyond disappointed with them with the customer service I have received. What do i do now?

The printer itself is amazing. It prints beautifully. The software is solid. The build plate is a smooth PEI all I have to do is clean it with rubbing alcohol and start the next print. It’s fast. But I had one problem. The ceramic hotels went out on the third print and needed to be replaced.

This product has the speed and perks talked about on the features tab, however it is a smaller build plate so full helmet and even slightly wide scaled prints won’t be possible without managing to slice it a certain way. The ability to send sliced prints to the printer is a big plus as well, especially when you have the ability to monitor the current print on your phone.
