This could have been beautiful. The item came with a missing leg. 30 minutes into customer service chat …I can’t have a leg sent to me. I have to return the item, to a drop off location and will not be refunded until received in their warehouse over seas. Live chat was zero help, you can’t contact the shop directly. They made me take photos of the missing leg and then told me “they don’t know what could have happened”. Such a shame because I don’t like writing poor reviews without talking to the shop. Instead live chat talked in circles without saying anything at all. Very disappointed.
