Product is very well made. I ordered the 25L bag but wouldn’t recommend for Adult males, it’s a bit small. Couldn’t fit my sneakers and lunch in the bag, would recommend a larger size. For size reference I am 5’10 225lb

Once the meals are inside you can’t really fit much bigger wider items in the main compartment. So go up to the next size if you carry a lot of things. But it is perfect for meals on the go. I put all of my supplement powders in a baby formula container that has like 5 compartments and a funnel from Amazon and that makes all my essentials fit in there. I originally wanted the one that was black with pink zippers but it was sold out for weeks. Having to go to work and the gym had been difficult with a purse, gym bag and all my meals in a lunchbox. I am so happy that this one bag now hold everything I need and more. The compartments are spacious, and you do get the 3 food containers and a set of utensils that comes in a nice little utensil holder. The patches are high quality and the material of the backpack is sturdy. Overall, this bag will last a long time but I know I will buy another in the future! My husband is now wanting one.

Love that there are spaces for two beverages. I carry my smoothie, water, food for the day and more for work with my hands free! No more carrying of a lunch bag, messenger bag and a water bottle plus a smoothie by hand! Holds everything I need for work! Great quality, love the product! Highly recommended. There is space for everything, except a decent sized water bottle! I pretty much have the kitchen sink stuffed in there, there is lots of pockets and organizers. It’s comfortable to carry and the molle makes it so easy accessorize. I just wish the pockets for the water bottles were bigger. Over all a tremendous bag
