I'm a bigger guy and was worried about it, all of the videos show smaller guys, but I'm 5'10" 275lbs and it actually fits nicely, I'd give it a 5 star for the price if they sent any directions on how to set it up, especially because it's a one or two point sling. You're just left to try to guess.
